We proudly and joyfully celebrate the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye.
On October 29, 1923, with the proclamation of the Republic by the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk—who declared, “The most suitable government for the character and traditions of the Turkish nation is the Republic.”—our nation took a historic step toward freedom, equality, and modernity.
The Republic is a legacy built upon the ideals of independence, democracy, and progress. It is both a source of pride and a shared responsibility for every citizen.
Guided by Atatürk’s vision to “reach and surpass the level of contemporary civilization,” we continue our efforts to build a stronger Türkiye through advancements in science, art, technology, and education.
On this meaningful day, we commemorate with gratitude and respect Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, his comrades-in-arms, and all our martyrs who devoted their lives to this land and its independence.
