Jury Participation in the TED Innovation Challenge

Dr. Emin KUĞU, the faculty member of the Department of Software Engineering, served as a jury member in the "TED Innovation Challenge” organized by TED Ankara College Foundation Middle School.
The “TED Innovation Challenge”, organized in collaboration with Bilişim Garajı to encourage middle school students to develop projects, was held with great enthusiasm. Students selected one of 20 thematic areas — ranging from smart transportation systems to recycling — and presented their technology-based projects to the jury. In addition to Dr. Emin Kuğu, the jury included Zerrin Topal, Founder of Bilişim Garajı, and Barış Coşkun, Artificial Intelligence Engineer at CatchUpper.
At the end of the competition, all participating students received certificates of participation, while award-winning students were presented with certificates of achievement, medals, and the opportunity to spend a day at the Bilişim Garajı office.
