Turkish Football Federation Consistency Monitoring Module Project (Asst. Prof. Ulaş Güleç)

Dr. Ulaş Güleç's Consistency Monitoring Module (TİM) project, which he consulted on for the Turkish Football Federation Central Referee Committee (MHK), was successfully delivered to the institution on February 26, 2025.

The system will analyze referee decisions based on IFAB rules, identify error patterns, and plan training programs accordingly. Clubs will be able to review VAR incidents, provide feedback, and compare decisions with UEFA reference footage. Introduced on March 25, 2025, TİM aims to enhance transparency and consistency in referee decisions.
